Individuology, LLC., (“Individuology”), is a secure electronic platform/website (“Application”) that enables you to design and run self-experiments across many areas of interest – athletics, beauty, sleep, weight loss, etc.,- so that you can determine which products, activities, or lifestyle choices make a difference in achieving your self-selected goals. The terms “You” or “Your” refers to you solely as an individual, the Application is not for business use. The terms “We”, “Us” or “Our(s)” refers to Individuology.  In order to use this Application You must agree to this Privacy Policy.

Your Consent

By using this Application, You agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Whenever You submit information via this Application, You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We will not knowingly collect information from Application visitors that are children. We encourage parents to talk to their children about their use of the Internet and the information they disclose to Web Applications.

Active Information Collection

Like many Web Applications, this Application actively collects information from its visitors both by asking You specific questions and by permitting You to communicate directly with us via e-mail, feedback forms, and/or the Application’s self-experiment services. Some of the information that You submit will be considered personally identifiable information (that is, information that can be uniquely identified with You, such as Your full name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and so on). Some areas of this Application may require You to submit information in order for You to participate in a particular activity such as the self-experiment services offered on this Application. We use Internet Protocol (IP) addresses on this Application. An IP Address is a number assigned to your computer by Your Internet service provider so You can access the Internet and is generally considered to be non-personally identifiable information, because in most cases an IP address is dynamic (changing each time you connect to the Internet), rather than static (unique to a particular user's computer). We use Your IP address to diagnose problems with our server, report aggregate information, determine the fastest route for Your computer to use in connecting to Our Application, and administer and improve the Application.

A cookie is a bit of information that a Application sends to your Web browser that helps the Application remember information about You and Your preferences.  We will use cookies to assist us with compilation of data of Application traffic, demographics and to permit user special effects features designed to enhance the user experience.

Internet tags (also known as single-pixel GIFs, clear GIFs, invisible GIFs, and 1-by-1 GIFs) are smaller than cookies and tell the Application server information such as the IP address and browser type related to the visitor's computer. We do not use Internet tags at this Application.

Navigational data ("log files," "server logs," and "clickstream" data) are used for system management, to improve the content of the Application, market research purposes, and to communicate information to visitors. This Application uses navigational data.
